I have figured out that there's definitely a way to modify them (as I tested by changing the color of LITERALLY EVERYTHING CHANGEABLE - do not do this without being ready to revert it:

}

...unfortunately I don't know what yet, and that didn't affect the color when highlighted. But it should be doable! I think!
